The Cocoon State is a guided at-home transformation experience rooted in the core principles of alignment, emotional truth, and self-return. Created to help you come back to yourself again and again, it offers a space for slowing down, reconnecting, and transforming from the inside out.
Why I created the (((Cocoon State)))
A note from me:
I created Cocoon State because I know what it feels like to lose connection with yourself and the power of the moment. To have forgotten myself somehow.
To feel overstimulated, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from your body, your truth, your clarity, or your peace. To feel shame for being off.
Yet still a flame in my heart always reminds me there is more.
Over the years, through my own healing, spiritual practices, embodiment work, rituals, and a decades time of transformational work with others, I realized something powerful:
Transformation becomes much easier when we learn the tools to return to ourselves consistently. We may wander away from time to time because you / we are human. Still, we can learn the path back to center, safety and conscious creation. Its a magic trick I’d love for you to become familiar with.
Cocoon State was created as a space you can return to again and again so that these concepts are not just known in your brain but become powerfully embedded in your body and in your soul through lived experience.
This is not about perfection.
This is about presence.
