After a few flights of stairs we arrived at the Mothership. GAIA was more beautiful than and I imagined as she stood before us. Her smile, white and bright as her ceremony dress. The Mothership was small, neat, impeccably clean and cozy. Calm music played in the background. Already inside she invited us to make ourselves comfortable. She served us fresh watermelon and dark hazelnut chocolate. Briefly we spoke about what to expect. She led us to another room where she would preside over a spiritual cleanse and love ceremony that she prepared for us. The natural smells in the room eased our fears and calmed our nerves. We practiced light yoga poses to release the tension throughout our bodies. My lover and I breathed the burning incense. We laid on our backs, closed our eyes and joined hands in harmony as we continued the experience. The Mothership was about to take off.
GAIA took us into another world; a journey inward. Her voice would transcend us into what I would later realize was a parallel energy exchange between my lover and I. It felt like an uncontrollable current that ran through our bodies. We laid still and pressed against the soft mattress. My face felt as if it were going to crumble. It was intense. There was no pain involved but the longer we stayed connected the stronger the sensations became. I envisioned the vibrations and colors that travelled throughout my body as my chakras lit up.
The love/energy exchange continued as my lover and I shifted to a lovers pose. We sat there fused together; emotionally and physically connected. Vulnerable, my guard was down as I released guilt, shame, sadness and welcomed feelings of love, joy and happiness into my body. I could not resist the urge to kiss my wife passionately on the lips. She looked so beautiful and felt so warm. Gaia had to remind me to concentrate; more emotion less kissing. We laughed and I said sorry. Shortly after we concluded. Gaia left the room, closed the door behind her and gave us a moment to ourselves.
As I laid there next to my partner it felt like a new me and a new us. All aspects of me were reinvigorated. I received a boost mentally, physically, spiritually and sexually. We had reignited the fire that fuels our desire for each other. Something we both needed. My wife was especially happy. It showed through the cheek to cheek smile on her face. Gaia waited for us in the other room. In there we exchanged feedback, laughed some more and she blessed us with some of her wisdom. Although we wanted to stay, it was time to part ways. Like a happy triad, we hugged, exited the Mothership and took to our path.

Reflection... Neither of us wanted a baptism for our baby but we knew we wanted to have him blessed. Rebecca came to mind as someone who we both felt was in tune to our spiritual flow so I reached out and asked if she'd consider a baby blessing/family blessing ceremony. She said yes!! From the moment we woke up that morning (the day of the ceremony) we were all in tune. Rebecca assured us to let the day flow in ceremony, to intend ceremony with everything we do.

I met Rebecca {GAIA} the day before I had both of my breast removed. We had been writing back and forth and it took me a few emails to really open up and tell her what was happening to me.
Cancer brought me to this appointment and kind of by chance it wound up being the day before my surgery. I wanted help, I wanted to connect with my body before it was changed, forever. I was so scared. Thankfully I also had the support of my partner but I knew that he too would need support. Someone who could see his pain and support him while he was supporting me. I didn’t really know what I was looking for but GAIA’s voice helped me understand I was doing the right thing.
What occurred in our session was unbelievable. GAIA created a ceremony that flowed with such ease. We were led into the kind of healing we needed, both together and separately. It was like a dream.
There were many times that I wanted to open my eyes because what I thought what I was feeling was not possible. GAIA’s hands are magic and the way she works with her crystals and tools, I can tell her relationship with them runs deep. I have had crystal healing or other types of “energy work” before but this was different. I felt as if the stones were nestled inside of my body. I felt many things there are no words for. I told GAIA that I felt we had done the surgery in the spirit world and that the next day was the physical surgery. I felt more in control of what was happening to me.
My partner was also loved and supported and that meant so much to me. It was amazing to know that he was being “seen” and given a space to be vocal and vulnerable.
We did extend our session for another hour and when we left I was glowing and giggling. I actually felt prepared for surgery. I felt protected, loved and happy.
